What we collect from the contact form
If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), company size (optional), the service you're asking about, and your message. This is used only to respond to you — not for a marketing list, and never shared with anyone for their own marketing.
What's collected automatically

Google Analytics
Standard site analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. Used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Sets analytics cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile
A privacy-oriented alternative to traditional CAPTCHA, shown on the contact form to confirm you're a person rather than a bot. May set a short-lived verification cookie.

Cloudflare (hosting & security)
This site runs on Cloudflare's network, which processes standard technical details like IP address to deliver the site and block abuse. That happens for every visitor to every Cloudflare-hosted site, not specifically because of anything about you.
Cookies
This site uses two kinds: essential cookies from Turnstile, needed for the contact form's spam check, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings at any time, or opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Do Not Track
Browsers don't yet agree on a single standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so this site does not currently change its behavior based on one.
How the information is used
To respond to your message, to understand site usage in aggregate, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information, and contact-form details are never shared with anyone for their own marketing.
Who it's shared with
Only the providers that help run the site: Google (Analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting, security, Turnstile). No one else.
Your choices
- Ask what we have on file tied to a message you sent, or ask us to delete it, through the Contact page.
- Limit or opt out of analytics cookies through your browser or the Google opt-out link above.
- The form is voluntary — only enough contact info to reach you back is required.
California visitors
In line with California's disclosure law (CalOPPA): the categories of information collected are listed above, we do not sell personal information, and you can request to review or remove what you've submitted the same way described under Your Choices. We may fall under the size thresholds that trigger the fuller CCPA/CPRA rights, but we'll honor reasonable access and deletion requests regardless.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Where this applies
This site and this policy are written for visitors in the United States. We don't currently offer services to, or knowingly process data from, visitors in the European Union.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, then deleted after a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date above.
